Refund policy

Our products are crafted by hand in small batches, resulting in natural variations and occasional imperfections such as minor wax discoloration, small packaging scratches, and slightly off-center labels. Rest assured, these nuances do not compromise the quality of our goods.

For full-priced items purchased in the U.S., we provide complimentary returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused, for a full refund via the original payment method. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
